Alan Stephens (Chairman)
Graduate of the University of London, Mr. Stephens has over 35 years of international mining experience. He has lived and worked extensively in North and South America, Africa and Europe, and is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Coro Mining Corp. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (US) and of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK).
Dixon Porter (President and CEO)
Geologist (Royal School of Mines, Imperial College) with over 35 years experience in mineral and energy resource exploration and development having worked for companies such as BP, Enron and Union Texas, as well as governments and juniors. Co-founded in 2005 what became Berkeley Resources Ltd’s Spanish uranium project turning a near shell into AUD$250 million company in less than 3 years.
Kathrine MacDonald (Director)
Ms. McDonald has over 28 years of experience in the Finance industry including Investment Banking and Management, Finance, and Corporate Relations for public resource companies. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Ms. MacDonald is also a Director of Valley High Ventures and Cantex Mine Development Corporation.
Graeme Mackenzie (Director)
Graduate of Heriot-Watt University in Chemical & Process Engineering with an MBA from Imperial College. He initially worked as an engineer for Occidental Petroleum before becoming Centrica’s head of wholesale European gas & electricity trading. He established Sempra Energy’s gas trading operation in Europe and then went on to be head of Trafigura’s Former Soviet Union & North West European gas trading business. More recently he runs his own company, Banff Energy which invests in oil, gas, electricity projects.
